The Working Effectively in Industry training program is a compulsory training module of the Certificate II Sport and Recreation qualification (SRC20106) and the Certificate II in Community Recreation qualification (SRC20206).
The knowledge gained through this Training Program underpins effective performance in all sectors and applies to all people working in the sport and recreation industry. During the Training Program, employees will develop, implement and review career goals and set up a career action plan for themselves.
The Training Program develops the skills and knowledge required to access, increase and update the knowledge of the sport and recreation industry, including the role of different industry sectors and key legislation. It also covers the skills and knowledge required to organise and complete own work activities, and obtain feedback on work performance.
