The Creating Customer Satisfaction training program is a compulsory training module of the Certificate II in Sport and Recreation qualification (SRO20106) and the Certificate II in Community Recreation qualification (SRC20206)
This Training program develops the knowledge and skills required when receiving positive and negative feedback from clients, and for responding to clients at risk in a community recreation environment.
