The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) will provide candidates with the skills and knowledge to train and assess Vocational Training and Education participants within their chosen industry.
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) applies to people for whom training is a large part of their job within a structured assessment and training system.
It is designed to assist those who have responsibility for training program development; individual, group and work-based delivery as well as the assessment of training participants or employees. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a generic qualification to enable you to deliver training and assessment in your areas of expertise or knowledge.
It is recommended that candidates either have access to, or currently work within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to complete the on-the-job assessment component of the course.
The training is broken into 3 clusters: Environment & Design, The Workplace Trainer and The Workplace Assessor.
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) can be conducted in Perth and many other locations in Western Australia.
