Stage 4 — Water Awareness

Water Awareness is about the importance of water safety while extending swimming and survival abilities. Enrol in your next stage – Water Sense to understand the elements in being water safe.

22 BREASTSTROKE - SWIM 5M.

23 SCULL HEAD FIRST ON BACK.
Without leg action.
Sculling hand action;
Movement backwards.
24 RECOVER AN OBJECT.
Chest deep (minimum)
Confident submersion;
Visual identification of an object.
25 SWIM IN DEEP WATER.

26 WATER SAFETY SEQUENCE Swim and survival scull for 60 seconds.
