Water Awareness is about the importance of water safety while extending swimming and survival abilities. Enrol in your next stage – Water Sense to understand the elements in being water safe.

Sculling hand action; Movement backwards. |
| 24 | RECOVER AN OBJECT. Chest deep (minimum) |
Confident submersion; Visual identification of an object. |
| 25 | SWIM IN DEEP WATER. (Only _m available) |
Confidence; Ability to submerge and surface; Vertical and horizontal body positions. |
| 26 | WATER SAFETY SEQUENCE | Swim and survival scull for 60 seconds. Grasp an object and be pulled to safety. |
