About the Centre
Bold Park Aquatic is situated 8km North West of the CBD on the coastal strip in City Beach. The original complex was built in 1975 as a seasonal pool, heating was installed in 1998 to keep the water at a constant 27 degrees all year round. New plant was constructed in 2000 with state of the art ultra fine filtration and ultra violet disinfection systems to give the complex the very best of water quality.
Bold Park Aquatic was recently given a commendation at the Disability Services Comission "Action on Access Awards" for the work done at the centre to improve access for people with disabilities and for excellent customer services to people with disabilities.

Bold Park Aquatic Centre is offering some fantastic FREE programs over summer, including:

- Extreme Water Sports Fun Day (Saturday Jan 27, 2007), 12noon - 4.00pm

Swimming Programs Bold Park Aquatic offers a comprehensive range of swimming programs to cater for all ages and abilities. Aquarobics Aquarobics is a great way to keep fit and feel invigorated. Exercising in water is not only safe and enjoyable, it also reduces the impact placed on the joints. Our classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginner to the extremely fit. For an aquarobics timetable please collect one from reception or ask to have a timetable posted to you.
Creche Our friendly and experienced creche staff provide a safe, fun and caring environment for your child/ren whist you enjoy a leisurely swim at the heated Bold Park Aquatic. Your child/ren can also enjoy playing with the new toys recently donated by the Lotterie Commission.
Swim Shop We now have in stock an array of new season Speedo swim accessories, including goggles, caps and kickboards at great prices. Bathers and sunsuits may also be ordered from Speedo catalogues.
