Rope Rescue

Junior Lifeguard Club carnivals are held throughout the year to give participants a chance to put their skills into practice. The JLC carnivals are open to any JLC club member, as well as swim school and swim club participants who want to give lifesaving sport a go.

At each carnival, competitors can win a range of individual prizes just by having a go! In addition, participating clubs are each eligible to win the carnival prize which is generally an item of lifesaving equipment to the value of $150.

Junior Lifeguard Clubs and the JLC Carnivals are aimed at promoting participation and involvement in lifesaving sport. THe carnivals are suitable for beginners to more advanced lifesavers, with a focus on fun.
